About ELF & Co

From a young age, Erica has been sewing. Beginning with Troll doll clothes made from felt, to constructing her first quilt in third grade, she has always had a few creative projects in the works. Born in Champaign, IL and moving to Fort Wayne, IN in 1990, she’s been deeply rooted in the midwest, including attending Purdue, West Lafayette. Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design and since graduation has worked in real estate, home construction, and design.

In 2015, she decided to pursue her sewing passion full time, focusing on quilting, pillows, and dance costumes, and thus ELF and Company was born—the “company” being her trusty furry sidekick, Bibi. Erica’s work has been featured on RJR’s What Shade are You blog, @52quilters on Instagram, and is currently in her second year partnering with the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Quilt with a Cause.
